BEACON Conference
Leadership is the greatest need in the world today. The purpose of this collaborative conference is to develop principle-centered leaders of character and competence, who elevate all society. This conference will be unique in that it will focus on principle-centered leadership. All are welcome to attend and we aim to attract students who may not have formal positions or even think of themselves as leaders. These individuals may be simply interested in personal growth and development. This conference will provide real-time feedback to promote development, it will inspire students to be and do more, increase students’ network, and provide students an opportunity to hear from individuals practicing principle-centered leadership in their life, company, religion, family, community, or nation.
