BEACON Leadership Conference

This multi-university conference began as a collaborative effort between Utah State University, Utah Valley University, and Brigham Young University. A driving force for this conference is a focus on principle-centered leadership in an increasingly divisive and contentious dialogue and culture. The purpose of the Beacon Leadership Conference is to communicate that leadership is not a position, but a choice to live and adhere to timeless principles. When an individual chooses to live and lead by focusing on people, principles, and choices, they become exemplary leaders of character and competence—Beacons—who educate, inspire, and elevate individuals, organizations, and society.
