Renee is excited to be back at BYU contributing to the Sorensen Center Team and working with students, helping the Center fulfill its important vision and mission to develop Christ-centered leaders as the Office Manager. After graduation, she worked as the office manager in the BYU Multicultural Student Services Office for 2-1/2 years. She then began her family and worked part-time for the next 14 years as a VR editor and medical transcriptionist. Renee graduated from BYU-Idaho (Ricks College) with an associate degree in Communications later followed by a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from BYU-Provo in 2002.
Renee was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and grew up in the Western United States. She and her husband, Emeka, are the parents of 5 children. Renee’s hobbies include writing, photography, learning new things, organizing, and having dance parties in her kitchen.
