Mark Widmer

Dr. Mark Widmer is a professor in the Department of Experience Design & Management at Brigham Young University. Mark has a passion for applying theory and research in experience contexts to help individuals, families and leaders thrive. He teaches in the MBA and Executive MBA programs in the Marriott School of Business. He enjoys creating intentionally designed transformative experiences. He conducts and publishes research and maintains strong industry connections through consulting. Mark competes (liberal use of the word) in endurance mountain bike races, and he also loves to snow bike and gravel bike, backpack, fly-fish, canyoneer, sail boats and ski with his family. Mark and his wife, Suzy, have four amazing children with incredible spouses and 12 wild and energetic grandchildren.
