Mario is truly living his calling overseeing the Leadership Coaching efforts at the center. He loves working with students, faculty, and staff and helping them maximize their potential and leadership. He has over 10 years of experience in higher education and has worked closely with DEI efforts for the majority of that time. Mario graduated from BYU in Human Development and has a Master’s in Public Administration.
Mario is originally from Houston, Texas. His mom is from Mexico and dad from Argentina. He is married to Carrie, who is originally from Kona, Hawaii. They have three beautiful children. Mario loves to spend time with family and friends either enjoying board games at home, playing sports, such as volleyball or basketball, or being outdoors.
