Delsa Richards is the Assistant Dean Resource Management and HR and Finance Business Partner for the College of Nursing. She loves being a part of the BYU community and is a big fan of the Christ-Centered Leadership Model, believing that it can help everyone learn how to be a leader with a positive influence, no matter their role.
