Amanda is passionate about helping others grow and recognize their full potential. She began her career in elementary education, teaching for eight years before coming to BYU, where her work has included roles in Engineering and Continuing Education. Across those roles, she has valued building relationships and learning from others. As Community Leadership Coordinator, she now works with Sorensen Fellows and Affiliates, helping them grow as leaders. She recently earned her Master of Public Administration and continually seeks new opportunities to learn.
Amanda loves being part of the BYU community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and curling up with a good book.
